To give our readers a more comprehensive report of crimes in Benton and Washington counties, the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette publishes records from area police agencies and circuit courts.

Police call information is reported for the 24 hours ending at 6 a. m. Friday. Only felony arrests are reported.

May 2 ARRAIGNMENTS Tyler J. Cameron, 19, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, second offense. Trial was set for July 1. He was released on $ 3, 500 bond. Gregory D. Dorough, 52, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of methamphetamine. Trial was set for July 1. He was released on his own recognizance. Nicole A. Dorough, 27, pleaded innocent to charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of diazepam, second offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Trial was set for July 1. She was released on $ 2, 500 bond. Assefa G. Egziabher Jr., 31, pleaded innocent to charges of residential burglary and aggravated assault. Trial was set for July 1. He was held in lieu of $ 100, 000 bond.

Justin C. Gajeway, 26, pleaded innocent to a charge of possession of oxycodone. Trial was set for July 1. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Brian D. Jones, 22, pleaded innocent to a charge of commercial burglary. Trial was set for July 1. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Jonathan L. McCool, 34, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft of property. Trial was set for July 1. He was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Lora L. McCool, 23, pleaded innocent to a charge of theft of property. Trial was set for July 1. She was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Patrick Phillips, 40, pleaded innocent to charges of aggravated assault, terroristic threatening and first-degree false imprisonment. Trial was set for July 1. No release information was available.

Arwesley Pledger, 41, pleaded innocent to a charge of failure to appear. Trial was set for Aug. 28. He was held in lieu of $ 75, 000 bond. James Robinson, 41, pleaded innocent to a charge of failure to appear. Trial was set for Aug. 28. He was held in lieu of $ 50, 000 bond. Michael D. Sharp, 43, pleaded innocent to a charge of accomplice to possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Trial was set for July 1. He was released on $ 3, 500 bond. James Solomon, 38, pleaded innocent to two counts of failure to appear. Pretrial hearing was set for May 6. He was held without bond. Christopher T. Sprow, 19, pleaded innocent to a charge of commercial burglary. Trial was set for July 1. He was held in lieu of $ 2, 500 bond.

REVOCATIONS Ronnie J. Lee, 51, pleaded innocent to charges of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and felon in possession of a firearm and contested the revocation of his probation on original charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, second offense. Hearing was set for May 19. He was held in lieu of $ 3, 500 bond.

Christi L. Marks, 22, contested the revocation of her probation on original charges of financial identity fraud and theft of property. Hearing was set for July 1. She was released on $ 2, 500 bond.

Jason McClanahan, 27, contested the revocation of his probation on an original charge of failure to appear. Hearing was set for July 1. He was released on $ 3, 500 bond. Mark McKnight, 23, pleaded innocent to four counts of second-degree forgery and contested the revocation of his probation on an original charge of second-degree forgery. Hearing was set for May 19. PLEAS Brandon E. Doss, 26, pleaded guilty to three counts of delivery of marijuana. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with eight years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee, a $ 125 drug crime fee and a $ 20 booking fee. He received one day’s jail credit. Marc A. Walker, 42, pleaded guilty to a charge of terroristic threatening. He was sentenced to three years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay a $ 1, 000 fine, a $ 250 DNA fee and $ 170 in court costs.

Thomas W. Burton, 19, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft by receiving. He was sentenced to three years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 170 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee.

Brittany Duvall, 19, pleaded guilty to charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by deception. She was sentenced to four years ’ probation. She was ordered to pay $ 3, 769. 54 in victim restitution, $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 170 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee.

Kevin L. Handley, 35, pleaded guilty to charges of delivery of methamphetamine and breaking or entering. He was sentenced to 20 years in the Department of Correction with 10 years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 250 DNA fee, a $ 125 drug crime fee and a $ 20 booking fee. Stanetta V. Lamaster, 29, pleaded guilty to a charge of nonfinancial identity fraud. She was given a three-year suspended sentence. She was ordered to pay a $ 750 fine, $ 152. 14 in victim restitution and $ 170 in court costs. Timothy Arensten, 25, pleaded guilty to charges of fraudulent use of a credit card and theft by deception. He was sentenced to four years ’ probation. He was ordered to pay $ 3, 769. 54 in victim restitution, $ 1, 000 in county restitution, a $ 250 DNA fee, $ 170 in court costs and a $ 150 public defender fee. He received one day’s jail credit.

Snodgrass, 43, admitted violating his probation on original charges of failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with eight years suspended. He was ordered to pay a $ 125 drug crime fee and a $ 20 booking fee. He received 118 days ’ jail credit. Ronald L. Hendrix, 32, admitted violating his probation on original charges of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear. PLEAS Dewayne A. Evans, 42, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft of property. He was sentenced to 20 years in the Department of Correction with 10 years suspended. He was ordered to pay $ 5, 160 in victim restitution, $ 1, 000 in county restitution and $ 170 in court costs. Jazzman T. Woodie, 27, pleaded guilty to charges of two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, two counts of failure to appear, four counts of theft by receiving, possession of a firearm by certain persons, possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and five counts of second-degree forgery. She was sentenced to 38 years in the Department of Correction with 20 years suspended. She was ordered to pay $ 17, 052. 50 in victim restitution, $ 1, 000 in county restitution and $ 195 in court costs. She received a half-day’s jail credit.

REVOCATIONS Jesse B. Jouett, 20, admitted violating his probation on an original charge of violation of the Arkansas Hot Check law and pleaded guilty to a charge of fleeing. He was sentenced to 10 years in the Department of Correction with four years suspended. He was ordered to pay his balance of $ 2, 672. 28, $ 500 in fines, a $ 450 public defender fee and $ 170 in court costs. He received 186 days ’ jail credit. Joshua A. Milloway, 23, admitted violating his probation on an original charge of commercial burglary. He was sentenced to 10 years in a regional punishment facility with eight years suspended. He was ordered to pay his balance of $ 3, 660. He received three days ’ jail credit. Springwood St. reported a vehicle speeding through the neighborhood almost hitting children.
