Computer Club The next meeting of the Bella Vista Computer Club will be at 7 p.m. Monday in the Community Room at the Highlands Crossing Center, 1801 Forest Hills Blvd., Suite 120, in Bella Vista.
The program for the evening," How to Set Up a Web Site," will be presented by Ryan Smith. The two-part program will continue at the June meeting. The meetings are open to the public, and guests may register at the meeting for the following classes • PC Maintenance: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. May 12 and 14.
• Digital Photography: 10 a.m. to noon May 13, 15, 20 and 22.
• Basic Computing for Vista: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. May 13, 15, 20 and 22.
• Basic Computing for XP: 10 a.m. to noon June 2, 4, 9 and 11.
• Internet: 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. June 2 and 4.
• Getting Started With Computers: 10 a.m. to noon May 14, and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. June 11. The fee is $ 6 for members and $ 25 for nonmembers.
Fees for eight-hour classes are $ 24 for members and $ 40 for nonmembers. Four-hour classes are $ 12 for members and $ 30 for nonmembers. Classes are held at the Computer Club's classroom in the Highlands Crossing Center.
There will be free Open House Computer Help Clinics from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. May 21 and June 7 in the Computer Club's classroom.
The next Genealogy Special Interest Group meeting will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Computer Club's classroom. This is an informal meeting for members interested in genealogy and in helping new members get started in genealogical research.

Ladies of Bella Vista VFW Post 9063 The Ladies of Bella Vista Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9063 will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday. Newly elected officers for the year commencing July 1 will be Installed.
Delegates for the National Convention of the VFW will be elected. Ladies and guests may bring their lunch at noon prior to the meeting. Beverages will be furnished.

Iota Alpha Chapter The next Iota Alpha Chapter meeting will be at 9: 30 a.m. Wednesday at the home of Becky Fox, with co-hostess Sharon Reeves. The program will be given by Judy Schoeny. Bella Vista Book Club The club will meet at 1 p.m. May 20 to discuss "Forgetfulness," by Ward Just. The club meets at the First United Methodist Church, 20 Boyce Drive in Bella Vista. Hill 'n Dale Hikers The group will hike the horse trail at Pea Ridge National Military Park on Saturday. This will be a three- to seven-mile hike and considered easy. Bring water and a picnic lunch. Hikers will leave the parking lot above Harps at Town Center at 10 a.m.

The group usually meets the third Monday of every month except December. This month's program will be "Landscape Quilting," presented by Donna Roche. New and experienced quilters are welcome.
