SPRINGDALE - The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are offering the chance for fans in possession of a ticket to Wednesday's May 7 game against the Springfield Cardinals to exchange their tickets for their choice of two upcoming games at Arvest Ballpark.

Professional baseball games are considered official after five innings are completed (4 1 / 2 if the home team is leading ), and Wednesday's game was called in the seventh inning with the Naturals losing to Springfield, 8-1.

The Naturals offer fans the chance to exchange their ticket for either Wednesday or Thurdsay's games against Midland. Both games will begin at 7 p.m.

This offer applies both for fans who opted not to come out to the ballpark Wednesday night as well as for those who did attend Wednesday's game.

All tickets can be exchanged for an equal or lesser valued ticket, based upon availability.

"We want each and every fan to have a great experience when they come to the park," said Naturals General Manager Eric Edelstein.

"While we were able to play this evening, conditions may not have been optimal for some of our fans to come out and because of that we are happy to offer an alternate game for them to attend."

Ticket holders wishing to exchange their ticket or ticket stub from Wednesday may do so in person at the Naturals' box office at Arvest Ballpark during normal box office hours, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon until 5 p.m. on Sundays.

Exchanges cannont be processed over the phone or over the internet. Anyone with any questions is asked to call 927-4900.
