Amanda “ Sara ” Carroll and Nicholas “ Nick ” Allen Ross, both of Fayetteville, plan to marry at 7 p. m. June 15, 2008, at Cooper Chapel in Bella Vista.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Mechell and Reid Carroll of Siloam Springs. She is the granddaughter of Sally and Cliff Florer of Siloam Springs, Karen and Doyle Carroll of Spavinaw, Okla., and Lorna and Joe Combes of Burdett, Kan.
She has a bachelor’s degree in English with an emphasis in creative writing from the University of Arkansas and works in marketing and fundraising for Mount Sequoyah Conference Center.
The prospective groom is the son of Shari and Danny Ross of Van Buren. He is the grandson of Sharylon and Bob Gilstrap of Mountainburg and Ella Ross of Van Buren.
He has a bachelor’s degree in recreation with an emphasis in children and family from the UA and is a youth pastor intern at The Church at Arkansas in Fayetteville.
