Abby Lee Rutledge of Siloam Springs and Ryan Nicolas Schleiff of Fort Smith plan to marry at 2 p.m. June 12, 2008, at the Mildred B. Cooper Memorial Chapel in Bella Vista.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Rhonda and Keith Rutledge of Siloam Springs. She is the granddaughter of Virginia Rutledge of Joplin, Mo., and Linda and Dan Heep of Springdale.
She has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from the University of Arkansas, where she is currently pursuing a master's degree in teaching with a minor in music.
The prospective groom is the son of Terrye and Bruce Schleiff of Fort Smith. He is the grandson of Viola Saylor, also of Fort Smith.
He is pursuing a degree in criminal justice from the UA and is a sergeant in the U. S. Army Reserve.
