Theft of leased property
Dorothy Casey, 30, was charged on May 8 with theft of leased personal property. She is accused on Aug. 30 of renting merchandise from Buddy’s Home Furnishings and failing to make payment or return merchandise worth more than $ 2, 500. Nonsupport
Michael Len Brewer, 34, was charged May 8 with nonsupport. He is accused of failing to make child support payments totaling more than $ 10, 000. Jury awards $ 150, 000
A Washington County jury deliberated for 53 minutes on May 6 before returning an award of $ 150, 000 for an insurance company.
The Guarantee Co. of North America USA received the full amount it was seeking against Troy Parnell and Clarksville Associates Inc., according to the complaint filed in June.
The defendant failed to make full payment to the plaintiff when they sold 167 acres of land on which the plaintiff claimed a mortgage interest, according to the complaint.

Randall James Pursell, 40, was charged May 8 with theft of property. He is accused in April of not paying for 12 days he stayed at the Mariott Hotel, where he allegedly ran up a bill for $ 1, 636. Sex offender not registered
Robert Kyle Franklin, 22, was charged on May 8 with failure to comply with sex offender registration. He is accused on April 10 of moving and not notifying local police. Rohper gets DWI # 4
Enster Johnny-Rohper was charged May 8 with his fourth offense of driving while intoxicated, which is a felony. He is accused on March 31 of driving while intoxicated after having three prior convictions.
Terroristic threatening
Aaron Nicholas Fuller, 24, was charged May 8 with firstdegree terroristic threatening. He is accused on April 8 of saying he would cut off the victim’s head.
