Matthew Cole Daniel, 19, of 1955 S. W. Custer in Fayetteville was arrested May 9 on felony charges involving four counts of illegal delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana ), possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (marijuana ) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Daniel was arrested by members of the 4 th Judicial District Drug Task Force during an undercover investigation. Investigators seized a total of 348. 3 grams of marijuana, along with scales and multiple glass pipes. Possession
